From Financial Accounting to Artificial Intelligence

I am starting my journey with Financial Accounting; my goal is Artificial Intelligence.

I am currently a Grade 12 Financial Accounting student, and my long-term goal is to build my academic and professional future in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

I want to study Artificial Intelligence in Canada, develop the skills needed for a career in AI, and, if I meet the required academic and immigration conditions, eventually pursue a PhD in Artificial Intelligence.

I am currently considering Ontario Tech University, the University of Saskatchewan, and the University of Victoria. These universities are options I am currently exploring, and I have not yet been admitted to any of them.

Why Am I Asking for Support?

My financial resources for this long-term educational journey are currently very limited. My family and I can contribute toward part of the costs, and I also intend to contribute through my own future work and income.

Depending on verified costs and the rules of the fundraising platform, the funds may help cover:

University tuition and mandatory fees

Books and educational materials

Study-related equipment

Housing and food

Health or student insurance

Transportation

Application-related expenses

Eligible relocation expenses

Any future goal of purchasing housing or a vehicle would be presented separately from education expenses and only if permitted by the fundraising platform.

My Long-Term Goal

My current long-term fundraising target is $2,365,000 USD.

However, I do not want to justify this amount with invented or exaggerated costs. As my educational plans become more specific, I intend to base the fundraising target on real and verifiable expenses and reduce the target if the documented need is lower.

I also intend to use fundraising milestones and provide appropriate and transparent updates about my education, university applications, fundraising progress, major changes to my plans, and the appropriate allocation of funds.
