Help Save 14Yo Lola's Life: Stage 4 Liver Cancer Treatment Fund

Hey everyone,

I'm posting this because I'm desperate and out of ideas. My little sister Lola is only 14, and she's fighting stage 4 liver cancer. We're starting this crowdfunding to cover her medical bills so she can get the aggressive treatments she needs before it's too late. Our initial goal is $10,000 to help with the immediate costs: chemo sessions, scans, hospital stays, pain meds, and specialist appointments. If you're reading this, please just hear me out. Every bit helps, even if it's small.

Lola is the sweetest kid. She still draws goofy cartoons to cheer me up when I'm having a bad day, hugs me like nothing in the world can hurt us, and dreams about becoming an artist or finally seeing the ocean someday. A few months ago she was just a normal teenager going to school, hanging out with friends, laughing at silly things. Then the tiredness hit her hard. She could barely stay awake after classes. Her skin turned yellow, and she kept complaining about this deep stomach pain that wouldn't go away.

We thought maybe a virus or something minor. The tests proved us wrong in the worst possible way. Stage 4 liver cancer. It's spread far and it's aggressive. The doctors were honest with us: it's advanced, and time is critical without heavy treatment right away. But they also gave us some hope. Kids and teens can sometimes respond better than adults do. Chemo can shrink the tumors enough for surgery to remove parts of the liver, or even a transplant if we push hard enough. There are real stories out there that keep us going every single day. Like Benny, diagnosed with stage 4 hepatocellular carcinoma that had spread to his lungs. Doctors gave him a 10 percent chance. His family refused to give up. He went through chemo, then major surgery removing three-quarters of his liver, and more treatment after that. Now he's cancer-free, playing baseball, riding bikes, back in school, even helping his dad with DIY projects around the house. Crew had stage 4 hepatoblastoma spread to his lungs. He got chemo, then a living-donor liver transplant from his aunt. He's thriving now, playing with his siblings like nothing ever happened. Jeritza was diagnosed stage 4 hepatoblastoma as a young kid. She went through chemo, targeted radiation, and surgery to remove what was left. She's home now, treatment finished, back with her family and doing great. And there are other kids who've beaten similar terrible odds: chemo shrinking the mets, big surgeries, transplants, and years later they're running around healthy and full of life.

We cling to those stories because Lola deserves that same shot. She's fighting so hard every day. The nausea knocks her flat, the fear in her eyes when she quietly asks if she'll be okay, the way she cries softly at night thinking we can't hear her. I promise her over and over that we'll do everything we can. She has to have her chance to grow up, to laugh, to chase those dreams she talks about. But the costs are destroying us. Specialized chemo, weekly scans, long hospital stays, pain meds, and possibly surgery or a transplant down the line. We're talking tens or even hundreds of thousands depending on the care she needs.

We've emptied our savings, borrowed from every family member we could, sold whatever we had of value. Insurance doesn't cover enough of these advanced pediatric treatments.

We're drowning, and without real help we can't keep this fight going. This crowdfunding is 100 percent for Lola's treatments. Everything goes direct to medical expenses through Monero (it's private, fast, low fees, no banks taking cuts).

Even $1, $5, $10... it all adds up so fast.

If you can't donate, just share this if you feel moved to. Knowing someone out there cares gives me the strength to hold her tight and tell her "we got this." I'm sorry this is so heavy. I wish none of it was real. But she's my little sister Lola, only 14 years old, and I can't lose her without trying absolutely everything.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading this far. Take care of the people you love.
