Help Me Continue My Medical Treatment

Hello, my name is Ali, and I live in Iran.

For some time now, I have been dealing with a chronic neurological condition that has significantly affected my daily life. During my medical evaluations and MRI scans, lesions were found in my brain and spinal cord, and my doctors have raised the possibility of a demyelinating disease, including multiple sclerosis (MS). My diagnosis and treatment are still ongoing, and I continue to need medical follow-ups, tests, medication, and regular care.

For me, this illness is much more than a few medical reports or hospital visits. Some days, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and neurological symptoms make ordinary things much harder than they should be. At the same time, the cost of doctors' visits, medical tests, imaging, and treatment has become a heavy financial burden.

I also have to deal with the difficult economic reality of living in Iran. The cost of everyday necessities and medical care has become extremely difficult to manage on a limited income. When you are already struggling financially, an unexpected medical expense can feel overwhelming. Sometimes, I find myself having to choose between basic living expenses and paying for the medical care I need.

This is one of the hardest parts of my situation: I am trying to take care of my health while also trying to survive financially in an economy where the cost of living keeps putting more pressure on ordinary people. What may seem like a manageable medical expense elsewhere can become a serious financial obstacle for someone like me.

I am starting this fundraiser because I need help continuing my treatment. It is not easy for me to ask strangers for financial support. There is a certain amount of embarrassment in having to say, "I need help." But I have reached a point where continuing my medical care is more important than that embarrassment.

The money raised will be used for genuine medical expenses, including doctor's appointments, diagnostic tests, MRI scans and other medical imaging, medication, and ongoing follow-up care.

I don't want to exaggerate my situation or make my story sound worse than it is. I simply want the opportunity to continue my treatment without constantly worrying about whether I can afford the next appointment, test, or medication.

If you are able to contribute, no matter how small the amount, I would be deeply grateful. A small donation may seem insignificant, but for me it can mean one less medical bill to worry about, one more appointment I can afford, or simply a little more breathing room.
