Please help me build a stable life and give my children a better life.

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read my story.

I was not born into a wealthy or stable family. My father drank alcohol every day, and our electricity and water were shut off many times because the bills were not paid. He cared more about buying alcohol for himself than providing food for us children. As a young child, I often did not get the proper meals that I needed.

My father sexually abused me and physically abused me in many ways, including hitting me. Once, I even held a knife to protect myself.

My father continued drinking every day until his health began to deteriorate, when I was around 13 years old. By then, I had grown older and was able to resist his violence more than I could when I was younger. As my father became weaker, the physical violence gradually stopped, but his verbal abuse remained very severe.

When I was young, there were many things I did not understand. As I grew older, I often wondered why I had never escaped to a child protection facility or somewhere safe. I sometimes think that if I had, perhaps I could have had a more normal life.

There were many times when I wanted to die.

When I was 16, I ran away from home. I started living recklessly, eventually got married, and had a child.

However, my first husband became violent after we got married. His mother had to step in and stop him several times. She was a very kind person.

But I could not continue living with the violence, so we divorced several years later. I raised my child on my own for a while. Seven years later, I remarried, and I am now raising three children who are 9, 12, and 14 years old.

I already had a small amount of debt, but I was managing to make the payments and somehow keep our lives going.

Then, two years ago, my eldest son, who was born during my first marriage, passed away.

After his death, my mental health became very unstable. I could not work for a while and was unable to make my debt payments. I could not tell anyone about what I was going through, and I became desperate. I reached out for help on social media, and that eventually led to me being scammed several times and taking on a huge amount of debt.

I originally had about $5,000 in debt, but after being scammed, it grew to nearly $40,000. I was deceived by the scammers and borrowed money from financial companies and banks.

I reported everything to the police, but unfortunately, nothing has progressed. Only about $280 was recovered from the scammers' bank account after I reported it.

Now, my mental health is stable again, I am no longer being scammed, and I am able to work again. However, our income is simply not enough to cover our children's school expenses, debt payments, and all of our other living costs. We are struggling to make ends meet.

I know there are countless people in this world who have experienced much worse things and suffered through much harder lives than I have. But whenever I become overwhelmed and tears start falling, I often ask myself, "Why did my life have to become like this? Why was I born into a family like that?"

And every time I think about it, I feel so sorry for my children.

I desperately want to rebuild my life and give my children a better future. I do not want them to experience the kind of hunger and hardship that I experienced as a child.

Even a small amount of help would mean so much to me.
